SUMMARY:Mille Roches Powerhouse - Seaway Valley Divers Pig Roast event [tentative]
DESCRIPTION:The Seaway Valley Divers club of eastern Ontario hold an annual event open to all dive clubs in which they provide charters to a dive site\, this year being the Mille Roches Powerhouse\, and then they host a pig roast\, making for an all day event if desired.  Some folks will bring tents or trailers and make it a weekend event. \nMille Roches Powerhouse dives. “This is a great dive with plenty to see. Expect a 1 to 2 knot current (only during the descent and ascent). Once you enter from buoy\, you arrive first at the intake gates\, from there descend to the power house floor and wheel pit\, the upperwork lies at 35 feet with the power house at 55 feet and tailrace at 75 feet.” \n \n\nDive shuttle service:  A shuttle service will ferry divers from the shore to a dive boat buoyed to the Power House.  Surface intervals will be done on shore.\nCost: $30.00 for a one tank dive and $40.00 for a two-tank dive.\nFirst dive ferry out: 9 am\nLast dive ferry out: 3 pm\nLocation: Guindon Park\, Cornwall.\nrefs:\n\nhttps://www.pavillonalpha.ca/ca/on/centrale-mille-roches-en.html\nhttps://lostvillages.ca/history/the-lost-villages/mille-roches/the-power-house/\n\n\n\nPig Roast. \nBoy Scout/Cadets camp nearby \nCost: $20 per person
