Prescott Scuba Park and Ribbon Cutting for SOS Ottawa Scuba Bench

This is a great dive spot for divers at any level. There is a small wreck and a couple of old anchors to see.
In addition, at 1100 hrs, the mayor of Prescott and the Chapter Chair of SOS Ottawa will cut a ribbon to officially open the new scuba bench funded by both organizations. The dive will occur after the ribbon cutting event.
