This is a great dive spot for basic divers. There is a line from the shore to the wreck. Don't forget to bring flashlights to this site! SOS and Augusta Township provide great info about this site. This is a site we don't go to often.  It is a wreck in Alexandria Bay, NY, which is easily accessible.  The wreck starts shallow and is in low current so is suitable for Basic or Advanced divers.
